The hens are now in their new home! I say most because the company was only able to fit 1428 on the truck. Two were missing and one died, so we are expecting the transport of 75 more tomorrow. Things are going great and I have total faith in Guy Marie that he knows what he’s doing. He’s the boss now! The veterinarian for “Haiti Broilers” came by before the hens arrived to make sure everything was ready, and he approved. He will stop by every now and then to check up on us.
After we unloaded the hens, we already had two large cartons full of eggs (each with 30)! Take a look!
Doesn’t this just warm your heart?
