No stopping

Does it ever feel like your life has one of these signs?  If so, please take down the sign or ignore it!  It’s so easy to get overwhelmed with too many things to do: too many engagements, friends, tasks, hobbies.  Just say no!  I try very hard to have a relaxed and simple life but from time to time I feel my time being cluttered with too many things.

Tips to slow down

  1. Learn to schedule time off and free time
  2. Don’t try to do too much
  3. Don’t over commit
  4. Breathe
  5. Relax
  6. Meditate
