I went a little crazy tonight. Candy bars, ice cream and sprinkles. Oh my!
This often happens when I start eating right, start losing weight, and all seems well. The overeating devil speaks to me saying “Eat!” “Eat what you want!” “It’s no fun counting points!”
Oh well. I just need to pick myself up and start all over again tomorrow.
